Pellon & Associados offers an informal and agreeable but highly professional work environment. We use to schedule weekly meetings for our lawyers to discuss Brazilian legislation and jurisprudence, and keep a program of professional development by means of regular classes to the lawyers, lectures and research on matters related to the firm’s areas of practice. The activities of the lawyers and trainees are controlled by specific committees and subject to periodic evaluations, in order to identify the special skills and needs of each member of the team. There is also a training program for the administrative staff besides a profit sharing and benefits plan. The firm still keeps special arrangements with many service providers, which allow our staff to obtain special discounts in some establishments.

The firm also observes specific and strict rules on confidentiality, security and professional ethics, as well as formal routines for lawyers, trainees and other staff.
